Dairy Free Banana Muffins

In a large bowl mix dry ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup raw cane sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

In another bowl mix together wet ingredients:
6 large bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1 cup apple sauce

Add wet ingredients to dry and mix just until combined. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean and muffins are golden brown. Makes 24 muffins.
